4/3/12 - Day 1

Breakfast:

-1 whole wheat thin sandwich w/

-2 wedges of low-fat laughing cow cheese

Snack:

-1/2c. of broccoli

Lunch:

-PB/Banana Smoothie

(1lrg banana, 1 1/2 tbsp. of pb, 1/2c. of organic soymilk, 1/4. of chobani vanilla yogurt)

Dinner:

-1 banh xeo

-1 slice of steamed egg

**Exercise**

45min cardio


4/2/12 - First day of spring qtr

Should I even count this as Day 1?  My sleep schedule hasn’t been so great the last few days, but by tonight I’m sure it’ll be fine from then onwards.  Tonight is the night I pay off my sleep debt, so I’ll definitely have mucho energy for tomorrow’s work out!


Breakfast:

-1 whole wheat thin sandwich w/

-2 wedges of low-fat laughing cow cheese 

Snack:

-1sm. apple

Lunch:

-PB/Banana Smoothie (unexpectedly really good!) 

-1lrg. banana

-2tbsp. of pb

-1/4c. of chobani non-fat vanilla yogurt

-1/2c. of organic soymilk

-dash of cinnamon

Dinner:

-2 banh xeos (Vietnamese yellow pancake: green onions, pork, shrimp, curry, flour)

Oh I’ve also decided to reward myself if I complete 4 two-week intervals of eating cleanly.  So basically I get to reward myself every two weeks starting tomorrow I guess..and I’m thinking this is what I’d like:

Reward 1 - new undies!

Reward 2 - new bras!

Reward 3 - new bikini!

Reward 4 - new wallet!

I’m still deciding though, these things aren’t fixed.  Also I’m trying to decide whether I should go to Vegas in June or August.  I feel like I should choose June so I have something to work towards to, but June is so soon! >.<

3/29/12 - Day 6

Breakfast:

-1 whole wheat thin sandwich w/

-2 wedges of low-fat laughing cow cheese 

-3 turkey slices

-drizzle of olive oil, dash of pepper

Lunch: 

-1c. of sauteed cabbage/tomatoes & maybe one piece of beef

-1sm. apple w/

-1tbsp. of pb

Snack:

-2c. of home-made avocado smoothie 

Dinner:

-3c. of sauteed cabbage/tomatoes & 5 pieces of beef

-1c. of organic soymilk 

-1/2c. of Special K berries

Snack:

-sweet potato fries

-1 VitaBrownie

-1 red velvet cupcake

I started off well in the day, but then I ended up skipping the gym because tbh I guess I was just lazy to go.  Also I was feeling pretty stressed trying to finish up my Spring Break assignments & reading.  If there was one thing I was especially ashamed of was eating that cupcake.  The lunch bag dropped from the kitchen table and I just went over to pick it back up, but then I saw the cupcake sitting on the counter.  I took one bite and went back into the living room, but I kept thinking about it.  So I ended up eating the whole thing.  

We ran out of Multigrain cheerios. :(
